Jacob first became fascinated with storytelling via motion media through his dad's old Point-and-Shoot in primary school. Since then, he's been learning different means of expressing visual art through video, photography, drawing & design. After over 7 years of exploration, he lands himself in the world of Cinematography.

During Jacob's self-taught years, not only did he have the opportunity to create short films, music videos, and documentaries, but he also explored the basics of 3D modeling & lighting, Compositing, and Music Theory, and became a multi-instrumentalist. All of which contributed significantly to his vision in the motion picture medium. Jacob's ultimate goal is to finesse visual details that advance stories like no other.
